The Director of eCommerce is responsible for collaborating cross- functionally to manage and direct all aspects of the online business. This includes strategizing, planning, developing, and executing content plans, overseeing promotional materials and campaigns, and monitoring performance analytics, website traffic, and product performance, among other responsibilities.


How you’ll make an impact:

  • Develop and articulate a long-term channel vision that firmly positions the company for sustained growth
  • Strategize Omni-channel customer experience.
  • Ensure site content meets brand objectives, customers’ expectations, eCommerce best practices, and search engine optimization (SEO) requirements
  • Maximize customer engagement by anticipating customer needs, exceeding their expectations, increasing traffic, and improving conversion
  • Lead the ecommerce team to drive site experience through search functionality, site merchandising, new product on-boarding, and collaboration with cross-functional teams on the execution of content.
  • Work closely with our Creative team to drive website UX/UI improvements that will drive business KPI’s and weigh in on high- level technical feasibility.
  • Identify and/or recommend technical business needs such as security audits, ADA/regulatory compliance, and general software or platform updates, working together with our Technology team to bring solutions to life.
  • Drive improvements regarding documentation around the online business, including processes, vendor arrangements/contacts, customer flows and funnels, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Technology teams on implementing the right Platform features, Customer UX, Store fulfillment experience. And implementing the right back-office applications to support the front-end transformations.

  • Seasoned eCommerce professional with Strong Omni channel experience.

  • Experience with merchandising, creating seamless user experiences and driving sales across channels including online, mobile, in-store, business gifting, app, and more.

  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.

  • Strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities; comfortable with doing work in the trenches while still maintaining a strategic perspective.

  • Proven leader with experience in both managing teams and executing of large eCommerce projects

  • Comfortable working and negotiating with 3rd party vendors.

  • Proven ability to scope initiatives regarding timeline, resource needs,

    and budget, as well as initialize requirements gathering or user stories in collaboration with our Technology team.

  • Open to the potential of role expanding with the added scope of responsibility and the complexity that comes with it.
