Our client is seeking a talented E-commerce Product Manager to take on responsibilities spanning the consumer website, funnel optimization, and core analytics systems. This is a high-impact role within the organization, with the opportunity to manage the top revenue channel product (D2C), owning a critical part of the growth engine.

This fully remote role reports directly to the Founder and CEO. As the second official Growth and Marketing hire, the role offers significant potential for scaling into leadership. You’re a great fit if you are creative, have strong attention to detail, and have demonstrated expertise in driving efficient consumer website growth for a digitally native, D2C brand.

 

How you’ll contribute:

 

First and foremost, we are a mission-driven company, so a passion for what we do and our mission is key. At a high level, the role encompasses two areas:

  • Understand, educate, and convert visitors to our website + support them all the way through the delivery experience

    • Analyze behavioral data and run surveys to better understand user needs

    • Suggest improvements and test ideas based on data and research findings

    • Design experiments and features that drive growth KPIs and improve our customer conversion

    • Work closely with our Paid Media Manager to identify ways to support or improve the customer journey

    • Work closely with the development team to accelerate delivery while maintaining a high level of quality

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • You are interested in the health and wellness space, particularly fitness.

  • 2+ years of experience in relevant roles with proven success driving e-commerce revenue above 7 figures/year.

  • Experience in product working with a team of developers and designers.

  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Amplitude).

  • Intuitive understanding of how to manipulate, analyze and interpret highly complex data; ability to synthesize vast amounts of user data into a coherent understanding of needs and motivations.
