Role Overview
They are seeking an innovative, adaptable, forward-thinking AI Engineer to join their team. This role is designed for a modern software builder who excels at leveraging LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI coding assistants to manifest complex features rapidly. You are not just writing syntax from scratch: you are directing AI to architect, generate, and debug clean code, allowing the team to move at exceptional speed.
What You'll Do
- AI-Assisted Development: Utilize cutting-edge AI coding tools, custom prompts, and LLMs to write, refactor, and deploy high-quality software features
- Rapid Prototyping: Turn product ideas and wireframes into working code, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready applications in a fraction of traditional development timelines
- Agentic Frameworks: Help design, implement, and experiment with autonomous AI agents that handle merchant tasks, customer service workflows, or internal data operations
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Review, debug, and optimize AI-generated code to ensure security, scalability, performance, and alignment with modern coding standards
- Continuous Learning: Stay on the bleeding edge of developer tools, AI agents, and LLM advancements, integrating them into the product workflow
What You Bring
- 1 to 3 years of experience in software engineering or a highly technical web development role
- Deep familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) with a proven ability to deploy functional code efficiently
- Familiarity with agentic commerce, autonomous AI agents, or LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT) is a massive plus
- Solid foundational knowledge of modern web stacks (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, or similar)
- An experimental mindset: you love trying new tech, pushing boundaries, and figuring out how to build things faster and better
- Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for debugging and code optimization
