Our client, a high-growth healthy food brand scaling across multiple marketplaces and channels, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to take full ownership of their financial strategy, structure, and performance. This role sits at the intersection of eCommerce, marketing, operations, and executive leadership — ensuring that growth is not only fast, but sustainable, profitable, and well-structured. You'll build and lead the financial backbone of a fast-growing global eCommerce company, with full ownership of financial strategy and direct influence on long-term decisions.
What You'll Do
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Define and lead the company's financial strategy, aligned with growth goals.
- Build financial models, forecasts, and long-term planning frameworks.
- Support leadership in decision-making with clear financial insights and scenario analysis.
Financial Operations & Control
- Oversee accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency across all financial data.
- Build and optimize financial processes and internal controls.
eCommerce & Marketing Analytics
- Analyze performance across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, Shopify, and other channels.
- Monitor and optimize unit economics, margins, CAC, LTV, and profitability.
- Partner with marketing and operations teams to ensure efficient spend and sustainable growth.
Budgeting & Performance Tracking
- Own budgeting processes across all departments.
- Track performance against forecasts and identify gaps or opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the leadership team.
Systems & Infrastructure
- Build and improve financial systems, reporting tools, and data integration with BI platforms.
- Collaborate with data and tech teams to ensure financial data is reliable and accessible.
