JOB SUMMARY

Specializing in Marketing Analytics and equipped with expertise in SQL and Google Analytics. As a pivotal member of our analytics team, the Digital Marketing & Web Analytics Manager will lead efforts to derive actionable insights from marketing data, steering data-driven decision-making across the organization.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Lead and execute comprehensive marketing analytics strategies, leveraging SQL and Google Analytics to extract valuable insights from diverse datasets.

-Collaborate closely with digital teams to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.

-Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to communicate analytical findings effectively.

-Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable recommendations.

-Utilize A/B testing and other statistical methodologies to optimize marketing initiatives and enhance overall performance.

-Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics.


METRICS

-To meet deadlines and objectives as agreed and typically described in quarterly reviews or project planning / tracking

-To handle ongoing projects and day-to-day demands that are not identified in formal monthly objectives in a timely and accurate manner

-Organization P&L performance, and EBITA Goal Achievement


QUALIFICATIONS

-Proven experience as an Analytics Manager with a focus on marketing analytics, Ecommerce experience preferred.

-Expertise in utilizing Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing digital marketing performance.

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

-Effective communication skills to convey complex analytical findings to diverse stakeholders, the ability to “tell a story” with insights.


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

-4+ years experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker.

-6+ years experience in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
