About the Role
Our client is a consumer products brand seeking an experienced eCommerce Designer to support high-volume creation of product and marketing visuals across digital channels. This role goes beyond simple image production: you will be responsible for building complete visual assets that clearly communicate product value, translating product positioning into clear, compelling, and technically accurate visuals that perform across Amazon and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update product image assets for eCommerce platforms
- Design Amazon A+ content, PDP images, and enhanced content layouts
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate asset creation, enhance imagery, and streamline production workflows
- Develop assets that combine imagery, text, icons, and structured messaging
- Apply templates and design systems while adapting content as needed
- Resize and adapt assets across formats and placements
- Deliver fully production-ready files optimized per platform requirements
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams on campaign alignment
- Maintain organized asset libraries and file systems
- Ensure all assets meet brand and platform standards
- Build product storytelling visuals including feature/benefit infographics, technical callouts, and comparison charts
Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital design for consumer products; experience in the apparel industry a plus
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Solid understanding of layout, hierarchy, and visual communication
- Ability to structure content effectively for product storytelling
- Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment
- Portfolio of work required for consideration, demonstrating high-volume production work (not just concepts) and eCommerce product visuals (Amazon/Walmart preferred)
Tools & Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (required)
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Firefly, etc.
- Experience with high-volume asset production
- Understanding of eCommerce image standards
- Video experience a plus
