Their platform helps brands turn social comments, DMs, and mentions into customer intelligence, understanding intent, sentiment, and individual preferences, then using that context to drive personalized sales conversations. Based in Beverly Hills, they move fast, iterate constantly, and are obsessed with helping brands turn social interactions into measurable revenue.
Role Overview
They are looking for a versatile, highly collaborative Go-To-Market Manager to sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and partnerships. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will build and execute B2B marketing campaigns, manage and convert sales pipelines, and foster relationships with key eCommerce ecosystem partners to drive platform adoption.
What You'll Do
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate daily across marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure unified messaging and seamless product launches
- Sales Enablement & Pipeline: Assist with inbound and outbound sales efforts, qualification, and creating collateral (pitch decks, case studies) that helps close merchant accounts
- Growth Marketing: Help execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, content, paid acquisition, events) targeted at DTC brands and eCommerce merchants
- Ecosystem Partnerships: Nurture and expand relationships with digital agencies, Shopify developers, and complementary SaaS platforms to drive referral traffic and integrations
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and merchant needs to help refine positioning and value proposition
What You Bring
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a GTM, growth, marketing, sales, or partnership role within the tech/digital ecosystem
- Experience working within the Shopify ecosystem, for an eCommerce SaaS company, or at a digital agency focused heavily on DTC brands — you speak the language of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates
- A true generalist mentality: comfortable shifting from writing marketing copy to talking to a prospective client to hopping on a call with an agency partner
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking metrics across CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce) and marketing analytics tools
- An entrepreneurial spirit: you thrive in high-autonomy environments and love owning projects from start to finish
