Head of Influencer Marketing - High-Growth DTC Brand

The Head of Influencer Marketing will build the influencer marketing and creator platform from the ground up for our high-growth DTC brand, establishing it as the leading edge of our new customer acquisition strategy. Simply put, you’ll build authentic, mutually beneficial relationships with TikTok and Instagram creators that grow the businesses of all involved.

 

The right candidate will have the ability to use data and customer insights to drive both partner selection and performance optimization. You understand how creativity drives connection and conversion, enjoy assessing channel performance and are relentless in identifying ways to scale your channels.

 

To start, you will be an individual contributor and as the programs grow and show positive business impact, you will buildout the appropriate organization / team to scale the programs:

 

-Build our influencer marketing program, leading our GTM strategy and launching new collaborations that help us acquire our target audiences

-Partner with Operations, Finance and Marketing to determine our influencer program’s product and promotional approach, and how influencer fulfillment and redemption will work within existing business systems

-Own end-to-end execution of influencer marketing efforts across TikTok and Instagram, from identifying partners to measuring results and scaling partnerships

-Run effective A/B tests (ie- creative, messaging, audiences, offers, etc) to optimize acquisition and continuously optimize creator marketing efforts

-Own creation of all influencer marketing landing pages, leveraging shared Creative resources

-Test partnership and compensation structures to understand the trade-offs between CAC efficiency, volume and LTV

-Analyze and report on campaign and channel performance data regularly across multiple KPIs and recommend ways to further optimize for scale

 

You have…

-6+ years of growth focused marketing experience where you’ve delivered big results through data driven and customer centric approaches for a high-growth consumer brand

-Proficiency in tactical end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns, specifically across influencer channels

-An entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, with a track record of delivering ROI

Excitement around growing as a best-in-class influencer program for an emerging, mission-driven consumer brand

-Experience with multi-touch attribution modeling and optimizing for channel-level CPAs

-Familiarity with a variety of web analytics, business intelligence and marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, Optimizely, Amplitude, etc.)

-A track record of successfully managing multiple projects at a high-volume

-An understanding of affiliate and YouTube marketing a plus to share learnings and collaborate with other internal teams
