As the Senior Retail Marketing Manager, you will be crucial in elevating our presence on Amazon, Walmart and other Retail Platforms ensuring our advertising strategies are not only effective but also innovative. Your expertise in managing substantial advertising budgets (in excess of $100K per month) and your familiarity with PPC strategies will be instrumental in driving our growth and success.

PPC Strategy:

 

· Develop and execute cutting-edge PPC campaigns on Amazon & Walmart, ensuring unparalleled ROI.

· Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement strategic bid management to optimize ad performance.

· Effectively manage advertising budgets, with a relentless focus on scalability and efficiency.

· Utilize advanced analytics tools to track campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to continuously optimize results.

· Implement hands-on, daily account management for Amazon, Walmart, Target PPC, identifying trends and applying best practices.

· Collaborate closely with design and content teams to ensure creative optimization. · Conduct A/B tests to uncover growth opportunities.

· Analyze and interpret research and analytic data to inform and refine marketing strategies.

· Demonstrate familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as CPC, CVR, CTR, CAC, LTV, ACoS, TACoS, and MER.

 

Collaboration and Communication:

 

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table for continuous growth.

 

Requirements

 

Your Expertise:

 

· Proven track record in managing successful PPC campaigns on Amazon, experience in Google / Bing PPC is a plus.

· Deep understanding of digital advertising, especially in a D2C context, with expertise in metrics like TACOS, MER, CPA, LTV modeling, and other core metrics.

· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

· Proficiency in Amazon Ads.

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

· Professional Background: 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a D2C brand environment.

· Experience managing significant advertising budgets on Amazon (over $100K per month).

· Degree: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

· Technical Proficiency: Deep familiarity with advertising pixels, PPC management tools, and analytics platforms.

· Audience Understanding: Ability to tailor campaigns to our specific target audience, primarily male.

· Proficiency in a second language, preferably Spanish, French, or German. · Advanced analytical skills using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
· Experience with CtV / OTT or DSP.
