Our client, a healthy CPG brand, is seeking a Design Director to serve as the creative North Star and operational backbone of their design team. This is a high-impact role for a leader who is as passionate about mentorship and process as they are about world-class visual aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the creative North Star ensuring a unified 'look and feel' across all brand touchpoints.
- Co-own Brand Guidelines and optimize design systems and tools (ClickUp, DAM).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing design team.
- Oversee the production of all creative assets across digital and physical channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and eCommerce teams to deliver on-brand creative.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of design experience with 3+ years in a creative leadership role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, packaging, and digital design.
- Experience leading design teams in a CPG or DTC brand environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design management tools.
- Passion for health, wellness, or food brands a plus.
