Role Overview
The eCommerce Manager - DTC Growth will own the day-to-day management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle programs, driving revenue growth and improving marketing efficiency. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in subscription-based businesses, site merchandising, digital media, and a strong working knowledge of email/SMS marketing, paired with an analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making. This individual will work closely with cross-functional partners throughout the business to drive growth initiatives.
Areas of Responsibility
- Execute acquisition, conversion, and retention initiatives across paid and owned channels.
- Monitor the execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Analyze and recommend changes based on performance metrics including MER, CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, CVR, and churn.
- Support email/SMS lifecycle marketing, automation, and retention strategies.
- Help grow and optimize subscription and loyalty programs to increase recurring revenue and customer engagement.
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, product, finance, operations, and agency teams.
- Develop testing strategies and dashboards to improve campaign performance and reporting.
What You Bring
- 5-7 years of DTC or eCommerce marketing experience.
- Strong background in paid media and lifecycle marketing within subscription-based programs.
- Experience with GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics platforms such as Triple Whale or Northbeam.
- Experience managing Shopify ecosystems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for testing and continuous improvement.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
