Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth strategy at the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and AI-powered creative.
- Serve as the creative engine across a portfolio of culinary brands with distinct positioning.
- Develop and execute data-driven growth campaigns across DTC and marketplace channels.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative production and testing velocity.
- Report on growth metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of growth marketing or eCommerce strategy experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple brand voices and creative strategies simultaneously.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools and production workflows.
- Strong performance marketing background (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Food, culinary, or CPG brand experience strongly preferred.
