About the Role
Our client, an international beauty brand, is seeking a Senior Manager, Amazon & E-Retail to lead the strategy, growth, and operational performance of its North American e-retail business across Amazon, Sephora.com, and Nordstrom.com in the United States and Canada.
As a key business owner for the channel, this role is accountable for driving sustainable revenue growth, improving profitability, strengthening the brand’s digital presence, and delivering best-in-class execution across commercial planning, operations, content, media, and retailer relationships.
This is a highly visible and influential leadership role. The Senior Manager will own the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of the channel, serving as the central point of accountability across internal teams, global stakeholders, agency partners, and retail platforms. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on: comfortable developing a long-term channel vision, leading senior-level retailer conversations, and navigating complex business challenges while staying close to the details required for exceptional execution.
