Core Responsibilities

Define and own the AI and agentic commerce strategy across the eCommerce business
Lead the evaluation and deployment of AI tools: personalization, generative search, AI agents, and LLM applications
Develop the roadmap for autonomous commerce capabilities: AI shopping assistants and agent-driven replenishment
Partner with technology, data, and product teams to build and scale AI infrastructure
Optimize for AI-powered discovery: generative engine optimization (GEO) and LLM visibility
Lead experimentation and measurement of AI initiatives against business KPIs
Build and develop a team of AI product managers, engineers, and analysts
Represent the company's AI and commerce vision to executive leadership and partners
