Role Overview
The eCommerce & Marketplace Operations Manager will own the day-to-day execution, monitoring, maintenance, and operational health of all sales channels and supporting operational functions, ensuring flawless execution across eCommerce platforms, retailer portals, and inventory planning support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple operational details simultaneously while working closely with company leadership. The most important skill for this role is not strategy. It is ownership, follow-through, and execution.
